Submission
ETC solicits short research papers, demos and posters. Authors are requested
to submit their full papers electronically by August 31st, 2006 to the Conference
Technical Chair. The length of research papers should not exceed 6 pages. A
one page abstract should be submitted for demos and posters. Submitted papers
will be peer-reviewed by the technical committee based on originality,
significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
